As CEO, Gavin is involved in all facets of Atlas Protective Services, LLC, including accounting, business development, and operational oversight.  

Gavin’s career spans progressive leadership roles across the services industry, including field supervision, route and account management, and executive operations leadership. His hands-on operational experience ensures consistent service quality, efficient execution, and a rapid, responsive approach to client needs.   

Robert Cesternino is Vice President of Operations, overseeing daily operations and strategic execution across the organization. He has more than 35 years of experience in law enforcement and the security industry, with executive leadership over high-profile security operations nationwide.  

A former FBI Special Agent, Robert supported security operations for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, including the Centennial Park bombing response. He has led teams across major U.S. markets, including the Pacific Northwest, Southeast, and Texas.  

Robert holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame and the University of Texas at Austin and is certified in Homeland Security and Financial Management. He is an active member of several professional security and real estate organizations.
