Chris has more than 30 years of experience in the security industry, serving in local and regional leadership roles and leading high-stakes operations across complex environments. His career includes extensive experience developing, managing, and delivering security programs for government agencies and municipal clients, navigating the operational, contractual, and regulatory demands of public-sector environments. Chris brings a strategic approach to risk mitigation, aligning security operations with organizational objectives through disciplined P&L management, policy development, contract execution, and sustainable business growth.
